MR.JAYANTHILAL SURANA
Chairman
Mr.Jayanthilal Surana is the Chairman and Managing Director of Grand Magnum Housing Private Limited. He started his business in the field of finance and by his acume and strong decision-making skills ventured into real estate business. He carved a niche for himself not only in his erstwhile field of finance but also in his current business . He successfully leads the group companies and is an able head of the family.
He is the Managing Trustee of the Suganbai Ghisulal Trust, a family-run trust & Surana Dental Foundation for the past 25 years giving charitable service in the fielf of dental health with the motto – health for all, by charging a very nominal fee for consultation. His contribution in the dental field has helped lakhs of patients over these 2 decades.
He completed his B.COM in the year 1976 . He still considers himself as a student and even at the age of 58 years, he has recently completed his post-graduation viz. M.A. in Science of Living.
MR.VIJAY SURANA
Managing Director
Mr.Vijay Surana is a young and dynamic businessman with over 2 decades of business experience. He holds a double graduation in Engineering and Law and a post – graduation in Management. He is a part of many social groups and has held various positions in associations and clubs participating in multiple social and charitable causes.

Mr.Dinesh Kavad is a vibrant, young and dynamic business acumen with over 15 years of real estate experience. He is a highly practical person who takes quick decisions that drive the company into the right direction even in turbulent market environment. He is very kind at heart and a part of multiple social causes.
